When my BF and I decided it was time to manifest our dream house (the first of several we plan to eventually own), we made a list of everything we wanted in a house and property, and then DECIDED we were going to have that or something better.
We originally were looking for homes with one acre and around 2,000 square feet. But then…
… the Universe presented us with a 5100-square foot mansion in the woods on 5 acres of land with a freaking tree avenue (a loooong ass driveway that’s lined with trees) and we COULD NOT RESIST!!
It was not AT ALL what we thought we were looking for but when the Universe presented it to us, we KNEW it was ours!!
This house had literally EVERYTHING on our dream house list (minus that it’s not on the water… the lake house comes next!) AND so much more!!!
Not only that, but it was the ONLY house we put an offer in on. We were that confident it was meant to be ours.
Our offer was accepted and we closed on the house last night!!!

Our home-buying experience was NOTHING like all the horror stories we kept hearing about people putting in offers on dozens of homes and not getting any of them.
We knew that was NOT the experience we wanted and so we manifested a totally different one instead!!
And of course, it also helped that we had an amazing realtor who was with us every step of the way… thank you Nick Torpey for being the best of the best!!
