In Human Design, I’m a 1/3 Generator (if you’re not familiar with HD, it’s a self-knowledge system based on your birth date, time, and location).
As a 1/3, a big part of how I live my life is experimentation. I’m designed to go deep into the things that I’m interested in, and to experiment via trial and error until I find what works for me.
And then I’m meant to share it with others.
Experimenting or “test driving” as I like to call it, has given me so much clarity. It has also helped me become much better at intentional manifesting.
So I thought I’d give you a step-by-step guide for how you can set up your own manifesting experiment and practice your intentional manifesting skills:
Step 1: Decide on a timeframe–I usually make my experiments anywhere from 30 to 90 days, with 30 being my preference. Choose whatever amount of time feels good to you.
Step 2: Decide what you want to manifest–you can choose something specific or something general, whatever feels best to you. The point is to choose something you actually believe you can manifest within your timeframe.
Push yourself a little out of your comfort zone, yes, but don’t go so big you take yourself out of the game completely.
My suggestion is to choose something that you’d be THRILLED to have happen, but you’re not so attached to it that you’d be devastated if it didn’t.
Step 3: Work the steps in the MANIFEST Method–each step in the MANIFEST Method is a guiding point for how to move from desire to manifested reality.
M is massive clarity.
A is advance gratitude.
N is now decide you’re worthy.
I is inner work.
F is feel it.
E is embody it.
S is show up for your life.
T is take inspired action.
(You can learn more about this method and how to use it in my book Manifest Everything OR you can snag The Manifesting Trifecta box set that has all 3 of my manifesting books in it)
Step 4: Check-In–at the end of your timeframe, check in with yourself. How did the experiment go? Did you get the outcome you wanted or something even better? If not, in a non-judgmental way, consider what didn’t work for you and/or what roadblocks might have gotten in the way. Do a little troubleshooting (I have a whole chapter on that in my book, F*ck the How, which is also in the Manifesting Trifecta box set).
Remember, this was an experiment. You’re not meant to be hard on or judge yourself. You’re practicing and growing your intentional manifesting skills. Wherever you are at the end of the experiment is perfect.
And you can always try again.
