For my 40th birthday gift to myself, I hired the girls from Glow Fashion to style my closet!!
Let me back up for a sec before I explain all that and say I have been following them online since 2020 and I’m obsessed with their classic capsule concept. (And I was even more excited when I discovered they live one city over from me!)
In 2020, I organized my closet into their recommended capsule and from there began curating the remaining capsule pieces I didn’t yet have.
Fast forward three years, and I now had a closet curated with my classic capsule pieces and my personality pieces (any piece outside of the capsule).
BUT… I was still having trouble putting outfits together.
That’s when the Glow Girls stepped in!
First, we had a Zoom call to discuss everything and so they could get to know me and my desired style.
Next, they came to my house (they also do virtual if you’re not lucky enough to be local) and we spent the morning styling all of my capsule items and mixing and matching them with personality pieces.
They even helped me get clear on what exactly my personal style is (classic with an edge and a hint of romance).
They also left me with a book full of styling pics and outfit ideas based on the capsule pieces, so I always have inspo to pull from.
After, they emailed me a write-up with specific outfit formulas for me and my closet, plus pics of all of the outfits we styled when they were at my house.
My goal was to walk away with a 💯 percent wearable wardrobe and I truly feel I have that now!!
