When I was ready to manifest a dream man and relationship, I specifically asked for a guy who didn’t have any pets. Not that I have anything against pets—of course not! I have a toy poodle named Weiland and love him to bits.
But my dog isn’t usually good with other dogs. He doesn’t like other dogs and he doesn’t want to be around other dogs.
Well, the Universe brought me the dream man and relationship, and he also came with a dog.
At first I was annoyed, like, I asked for a man who didn’t have any pets and here the Universe sent me the perfect guy for me, but he has a dog.
I worried for months that this relationship wouldn’t ever go anywhere real because my dog not liking other dogs would be a barrier to it. And it was disappointing because I had finally called in the exact person and relationship I wanted.
But thankfully, the Universe ALWAYS knows better!!
The Universe knew that while I didn’t think I wanted a man with a pet, it found me a man who had the exact perfect dog for my dog.
And, of course, when we did finally introduce our dogs, after we realized this was for real, they took to each other almost immediately.
My dog LOVES his dog, like literally he is obsessed with him. And my dog has never loved any dog EVER. Weiland follows my boyfriend’s dog around the house and yard like he’s his big brother.
Now, more than a year after they met, they’re like family.
They wait for each other to go outside. They look out for each other. They’ve even both started barking to let us know when the other dog is at the back door and ready to come in the house.
This is what’s possible when you’re fully open to receiving what you want or something even better.
Now I get to have the dream man, the dream relationship, AND my dog gets to have the dog-brother he never knew he wanted.
