For anyone not familiar with the phrase, “split energy” is when you’re constantly going back and forth on something.
One minute it’s this, the next minute it’s that.
Back and forth you go. Over and over again.
That’s split energy. And split energy comes from one thing and one thing only: You haven’t made a decision yet (even if you think you have).
When you make a decision and fully back it, there’s no wavering. There’s no questioning. There’s no back and forth.
There’s simply the decision you’ve made, you are standing behind it in all ways, and you will allow nothing less.
The way to heal split energy is to finally and fully make a decision.

I shared all about how to act as if and get whatever you want.
I answered a ton of questions and gave a bunch of specific examples to help you begin implementing this in your own life.
You definitely don’t want to miss this video!!

A limiting belief is simply a negative thought that limits what’s possible for you, one that you’ve thought over and over and over again, to the point that you now believe it’s true. Limiting beliefs live in your subconscious mind, and your subconscious mind has only one job: photocopy into your life experience/physical reality whatever is programmed in it.
This is why you can sometimes experience the same negative things over and over again.
It’s not because there’s something wrong with you. You just have subconscious programming that’s working against you and stopping you from getting what you want.
Typically, it takes repetition across a number of days (around 21 days, give or take), to get a new belief to penetrate your subconscious mind. And that’s if you’re committed to doing the work and being consistent.
But over the years, I’ve discovered that there are actually a couple of ways to quantum shift a limiting belief and reprogram a new one almost instantly. (And I define quantum shifting as cutting way down on the amount of time it takes to do something, like changing a limiting belief.)

When I’m trying to change my mind about something, I will usually start by using a thesaurus to find other words that mean the same thing. This helps me to see the topic from another perspective.
Something I’ve been grappling with lately is the idea of being disciplined. I have a love-hate relationship with discipline.
I’m good at being consistent with the things that matter to me for extended periods of time. And then I also often find myself feeling bored with the routine and (unconsciously) sabotaging myself, just to spice things up (clearly an Upper Limit Problem).
But I want to be disciplined around the things that matter to me all of the time, not just some of the time (although “some of the time” has equated to 13+ books written and published; imagine if I was consistent all of the time!).
And that’s where I struggle.
